Accelleron Switzerland Ltd is seeking a senior customs leader to design, implement and continuously improve the company’s global customs operating model and governance. You will partner with the Head of Group Trade Compliance to build a best-practice customs organization across a multinational footprint.

You will lead frameworks covering valuation, origin, classification, broker governance and regulatory alignment, while driving a risk-based maturity roadmap and KPI framework to support

Qualifikationen

• In-depth customs and international trade experience in a multinational setting.
• Proven track record building or transforming a customs organization and governance.
• Strong knowledge of valuation, origin, classification, free trade agreements and procedures.
• Hands-on SAP GTS and ERP experience; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent project, change and stakeholder management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Design and improve Accelleron's global customs operating model and governance.
• Lead development of global frameworks for valuation, origin, classification and broker governance.
• Create and maintain a risk-based customs maturity roadmap and KPIs.
• Own the governance framework and ensure alignment with growth and regulatory needs.
• Define business requirements, master data governance and reporting for integration into digitalization initiatives.
• Establish monitoring, analytics and assurance mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Build customs capabilities through training and governance.
• Advise on customs matters and liaise with authorities and external advisers.
