Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is a global technology leader in turbocharging and digital solutions. We seek a Head of Global Customs to design and continuously improve the company’s customs operating model, reporting to Group Trade Compliance.

You will drive governance across the organization and shape future capabilities. You will lead frameworks for valuation, origin, classification, and broker governance, while building data governance, KPI analytics, and cross-border controls.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of customs and international trade experience in a multinational.
• Proven ability to design and transform a customs operating model.
• Deep knowledge of valuation, origin & preference, classification, and trade compliance.
• Hands-on SAP GTS/ERP experience; SAP S/4HANA a plus.
• Strong PM, change, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and continuously improve Accelleron's global customs operating model.
• Lead development of global customs frameworks, controls, and governance.
• Develop a risk-based customs maturity roadmap with executable initiatives.
• Own the global customs governance framework, aligning with growth and regulations.
• Define business requirements, data governance, and reporting for systems integration.
• Establish monitoring, analytics, KPI frameworks and assurance mechanisms.
• Build customs capabilities via training, guidance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders including authorities.
