Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is seeking a Global Customs Excellence Lead (80-100%), based in Baden (AG), to design and run a worldwide customs operating model. You will own governance, risk-based improvement, and cross‑functional alignment with regulatory and business needs.

You bring 10+ years in customs, strong governance and SAP GTS/ERP experience, plus a degree in a related field and fluent English. This role offers a permanent, full-time setup with 80–100% workload at a global scale.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in customs and international trade within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience building, transforming or significantly improving a customs organization, governance framework or customs operating model.
• Strong expertise in customs valuation, including related-party transactions and transfer-pricing interaction.
• Strong knowledge of origin & preference, customs classification, free trade agreements and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS and ERP in a customs environment; SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Strong project and change management capabilities; able to influence across a global org.
• University degree in related discipline and fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement and improve Accelleron’s global customs operating model with governance and ownership across the organization.
• Lead development of global customs frameworks and controls for valuation, origin, classification and broker governance.
• Develop and maintain a risk-based customs maturity roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Own global customs governance framework and ensure processes stay aligned with growth and regulation.
• Define business requirements, master data governance and reporting; integrate with digitalization efforts.
• Establish KPIs, analytics and assurance for sustainable governance and continuous improvement.
• Build customs capabilities through training, governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Advise on customs matters and support interactions with authorities and external advisors.
