Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is seeking a senior customs professional to design and implement a global customs operating model and governance framework. You will lead the development of frameworks for valuation, origin, classification, and broker governance across a multinational setting.

You will own the governance framework, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders including customs authorities and internal teams. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in customs and international trade within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience building or transforming a customs organization or governance framework.
• Strong expertise in customs valuation and related-party transactions.
• Knowledge of origin & preference, classification, free trade agreements, and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS and ERP solutions; SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Strong project, change, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence global teams without direct authority.
• University degree in related field; fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Design and continuously improve Accelleron’s global customs operating model and governance.
• Lead development of global customs frameworks covering valuation, origins, classification and broker governance.
• Develop a risk-based customs maturity roadmap and executable improvement initiatives.
• Own and evolve the global customs governance framework and processes.
• Define business requirements and ensure integration into digitalization initiatives.
• Establish monitoring, analytics, KPIs and assurance mechanisms for governance.
