Zusammenfassung

Fyffes seeks a Global Customer Director to lead and grow a major international retail partnership across markets. You will shape strategy, align objectives with local execution, and partner with executive stakeholders across functions to drive sustainable growth.

You will develop and lead an international team, translate customer needs into operational excellence, and navigate complex supply chains and discount retail dynamics.

Qualifikationen

15+ years of leadership in customer management and international FMCG environments.
Experience managing multinational customer relationships and buying organisations.
Operational experience across complex international supply chains.
Strong exposure to discount retail channels and international retail dynamics.
Proven leadership of international, cross-functional teams in matrix environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication, in German and English.
