Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of supply chain/operations/planning in regulated environments (Chemical/AgChem/Crop Protection preferred).
• Proven leadership in end-to-end supply chains within a global matrix organization.
• Track record of large-scale network design and supply chain optimization.
• Strong financial acumen with direct impact on P&L and working capital.
• Advanced analytical capabilities including scenario modeling and data-driven decisions.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance environments; professional certifications desirable.
