Zusammenfassung

Actalent is seeking a Consolidation & Reporting Manager in Kaiseraugst to lead group consolidation and management reporting for an international organization. You will own the close calendar, ensure accurate Swiss GAAP FER reporting, and deliver board-ready materials.

The role combines hands-on consolidation work with stakeholder engagement, driving process improvements and automation across the group reporting ecosystem. Fluency in English is required; German/French are advantages.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER; IFRS exposure is a plus.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments with complex intercompany structures.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Tagetik, including ownership of consolidation and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong capabilities in financial analysis and reporting.
• Track record of driving process improvements, automation, and close cycle optimisation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or French is a strong advantage.
• Experience in CDMO, pharma, biotech, or life sciences is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation across all legal entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in Swiss GAAP FER; IFRS exposure a plus.
• Manage intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes.
• Oversee intercompany translation and consolidation adjustments.
• Maintain consolidation model and COA in Tagetik.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages for senior management and Board.
• Provide variance and bridge analyses to support decisions.
• Oversee CAPEX reporting and alignment with budget and actuals.
• Own the group close process, calendar, and reporting cadence.
• Ensure robust internal controls over consolidation and reporting.
• Drive automation, standardisation, and workflow improvements.
• Act as system owner for Tagetik and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate reporting across entities and align with group requirements.
• Lead or contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses.
