Zusammenfassung

UCB is seeking a Complaint and Escalation Management Quality Lead in Bulle, Switzerland, to oversee the complaints management service provider and drive continuous improvement across escalation and GMP processes.

You will lead a team of quality professionals, partner with Regulatory, Supply Chain and other functions, and ensure adherence to Health Authority requirements with a focus on global consistency and inspection readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Fluent English communication (oral and written, at minimum C1 level).
• Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical/biologics QA with GMP investigations.
• Experience with Combination Product and Device QMS and regulatory knowledge is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee complaints management process and contracted service provider performance.
• Lead escalation discussions with senior leadership to determine requires reporting to health authorities and batch recalls when needed.
• Own GMP documentation and training linked to the process; ensure inspection readiness.
• Generate KPI data and analytics to support performance improvement.
• Collaborate with global QA and cross-functional teams on improvement projects.
