• Oversee the complaints management service provider and drive continuous improvement of Complaints and Escalation processes.
• Lead the Global Escalation Process and coordinate senior leadership decisions on significant quality/compliance issues.
• Generate KPI metrics and data analytics to support process performance and improvement.
