Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an exceptional leader to serve as a strategic finance partner to Commercial leadership and to head the Global Commercial Finance Center of Excellence (COE).

You will shape performance insights, forecasts, and investment decisions while defining the operating model and standards for a scalable COE across regions. You will build the team, drive transformation, and work closely with Commercial Leadership, Regional Finance, and Corporate FP&A.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance with leadership responsibility.
• Experience partnering with senior Commercial or business leaders to guide strategy and investments.
• Experience leading core FP&A work including annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive support.
• Biotech/pharma or life sciences experience supporting global brands is preferred.
• Proven ability to build or improve finance capabilities, operating models, shared services, or a Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Commercial Finance COE and partner with Commercial leadership on performance, forecasts, and investment decisions.
• Define standards, governance, and operating model for the COE to scale across regions.
• Shape the finance function for next growth phase and drive transformation initiatives.
• Provide clear insights, data governance, and actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and an inclusive leadership culture.
