BeOne seeks an exceptional leader to serve as a strategic finance partner to Commercial leadership and to lead the Global Commercial Finance Center of Excellence (COE). You will define operating models, drive performance insights, and shape investment decisions across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 14+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance with leadership responsibility.
• Experience partnering with senior Commercial leaders to guide strategy and investment decisions.
• Proven ability to lead finance transformation and operating model changes.

• Partner with Commercial leadership to provide financial insight for decisions.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and long-range planning for Commercial Finance.
• Create a global view of performance and drive data-driven recommendations.
