Job summary

KPMG Switzerland in Lausanne seeks a Client Coordinator for our Global Clients team. You will act as the central contact for our Global client group, coordinating initiatives, maintaining plans, and supporting financial and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Business diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
• English fluency required; French a strong asset.
• Committed and resilient with a can-do attitude, proactive and responsible.
• Ability to coordinate and set priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for our Global client team focusing on account growth and process improvements.
• Coordinate and track progress of global account initiatives and projects.
• Organize team calls and ensure clear documentation and action tracking.
• Maintain global account plans, engagement pipelines, and internal reporting tools.
• Manage client portal, risk management processes and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Assist with client pursuits, RFP responses, and proposal preparation.
• Support financial management including budgeting, billing coordination, and revenue tracking.
• Update CRM and prepare newsletters for clients.
• Support events organization and coordination.
