Accelleron in Baden, Switzerland, is seeking a Supply Chain professional to develop and implement the category strategy, reporting to the Global Category Manager Components. You will drive targets related to quality, logistics, and total cost within the assigned category.

This role emphasizes collaboration across engineering and design, supplier management, and continuous improvement of the value chain, with international exposure and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Design, or related field).
• Proven experience in Value Chain and/or Supply Chain Management within an industrial environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and team collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English; German language skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Supply Chain Strategy for the assigned category.
• Achieve defined supply management targets related to quality, logistics, and total cost.
• Integrate environmental aspects such as CO₂ footprint into category strategies and decisions.
• Review supply risks and implement mitigation actions for resilience.
• Lead supplier evaluation, qualification, development, pricing, and framework negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvement of the supply chain, reduce lead times, optimize logistics.
• Support product ramp-up and serial release with stable supply.
• Lead part relocation projects up to first article inspection and handover to procurement.
• Coordinate drawing modification requests with Engineering and Design.
• Support the buyer organization in managing supply escalations.
