Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in category management or related procurement fields.
• Experience delivering global or multi-market category strategies.
• Knowledge of Marketing & Sales Support spend categories in pharma or regulated industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with digital procurement technologies and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evolve the global Marketing & Sales Support category strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate strategy into actionable sourcing initiatives.
• Own and manage multi-year category pipeline across sourcing, demand, and supplier optimization.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage contract implementations across regions.
• Integrate risk, sustainability, privacy, and regulatory considerations into category plans.
• Monitor market developments and drive value realization through analytics and automation.
