Hitachi Energy Ltd. is looking for a Global Casting Process Definition & Improvement Specialist to define, optimize, and standardize casting processes across multiple sites worldwide. You will lead documentation, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong experience in casting process engineering, lean manufacturing, and ERP/MES familiarity, with travel to global sites and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Strong experience in casting process engineering and process improvement in a global manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) and continuous improvement tools is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and documentation of standardized casting processes and equipment across production sites globally.
• Analyze casting processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using lean/Six Sigma.
• Design and implement process and equipment improvements including automation to optimize output and quality.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality and production; develop and deliver training for new processes.
