Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader. This role defines and governs global operational standards across the MedTech Deliver network, driving continuous improvement, benchmarking, and cost-to-deliver intelligence.

The leader will own process governance, ensure alignment to customer outcomes, and lead a high-performing global team with a focus on safety and quality in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations, Operational Excellence, or Distribution/Warehouse Management.
• Proven track record deploying operational standards across global logistics networks.
• Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define and deploy global operational standards across all distribution center sites.
• Establish and govern DC archetypes, including performance expectations and operating models.
• Monitor adherence and drive standardization across regions.
• Own global standards and governance across key areas, including site master planning, continuous improvement, and cost-to-deliver intelligence.
