Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end performance for the MSM cluster across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

As a senior leader, you will partner with Commercial leadership, translate global strategy to regional execution, and manage service, inventory, cost, and cash while developing high-performing teams and advancing digital transformation with ERP and planning tools.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years end-to-end supply chain experience in matrixed environments.
• Leadership of regional/global supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Experience in medical device/healthcare industry; IBP/S&OP expertise.

Aufgaben

• Define regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable growth through supply reliability and launches.
• Own service, inventory, and cash performance; track OTIF and lead times.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance.
• Develop and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
