Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for a 12‑month assignment based in Geneva. You will partner withSales, Planning, Finance, Marketing and Digital teams across the EMEA region, transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive performance.

You will develop reporting tools, dashboards and KPI dashboards, supporting senior stakeholders with data-driven decisions. Fluency in English and strong presentation skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Data Science or related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Reporting.
• Advanced Power BI skills.
• Experience with Dataiku and Databricks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Fluent English required.

• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and automated solutions
• Analyse business performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Deliver regular reporting on wholesale performance across EMEA
• Build and monitor KPIs to support strategic initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable insights
• Support executive presentations and business reviews
• Contribute to analytics and AI-driven reporting initiatives
