Avaloq in Switzerland invites a Senior Project Manager to steer complex, cross-functional programs within the Product & Development organization, supporting the build and rollout of new product functionalities for market-leading clients. You will drive plans, budgets, risk controls, and stakeholder communications at the executive level while guiding delivery to align with the product vision.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of Project Management experience in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and/or BPaaS contexts.
• Proven track record delivering results in complex international environments.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; German is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans (regulatory and/ or innovation projects).
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and quality across the lifecycle and with Top Management/C-suite.
• Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and issues.
• Provide weekly project status updates to Top Management/C-suite.
• Bridge product vision with delivery timelines to meet deadlines.
• Lead cross-divisional project teams to achieve milestones.
• Oversee budgets and ETCs, updating progress regularly.
• Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.
