Qualifikationen

• AI/ML practical experience on Host and Device sides (e.g., EdgeAI, TinyML).
• 7+ years of project management in a high-tech, cross-functional, global environment.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and Embedded Software.
• PMP or formal PM training is a plus.
• Software/Embedded software background or management experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and intercontinentally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across multi-site teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) development through the lifecycle from concept to mass production.
• Drive ESW and hardware/software/design cross-functional alignment to deliver superior user experiences.
• Lead AI/ML feature integration into devices and optimize internal development workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Hardware, Software, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to hit time, cost and quality goals.
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive project timeline and risk tracking.
