Zusammenfassung

Neural Concept seeks a Product Manager for Vertical Solutions in Lausanne/Cambridge, with hybrid work and full-time commitment. You will own the lifecycle of a vertical AI-enabled product, from discovering customer needs to shipping production-grade workflows that combine design, simulation, and data science/ML.

You’ll partner with customers to translate real-world engineering problems into a strategic roadmap and work hands-on with AI-assisted development tools to move concepts to working

Qualifikationen

• Proven product management experience, end-to-end ownership in a technical B2B context.
• Hands-on with AI-based development tools and scripting to prototype ideas.
• Background in consumer electronics or engineering software workflows is a plus.
• Strong discovery and customer empathy with ability to translate insights into a product narrative.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap for your vertical solution from discovery to delivery.
• Run customer discovery interviews and turn insights into strategy and backlog.
• Define requirements, write specs, and prioritize tradeoffs to maximize impact.
• Use AI tools and prototyping to bring ideas in front of customers quickly.
• Lead cross-functional teams to take solutions from prototype to production-ready.
• Track adoption and value delivery across customer projects and feed insights into the roadmap.
• Align vertical initiatives with the company strategy.
