Job summary

BC in Zurich is seeking a Global Accounts Lead, Sustainability to drive strategic sustainability initiatives for key Global Accounts, converting conventional volumes to sustainable sources and shaping the cocoa and chocolate supply chain.

You will manage relationships, align with the Global Accounts Sustainability Team, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver impact‑led programs while traveling up to 30% globally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in relevant fields and 8 years experience.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical thinker with commercial acumen and strategic insight.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and operational sustainability relationships with selected Global Accounts.
• Convert Global Accounts conventional volumes to sustainable.
• Work in collaboration with the Head of Global Accounts Sustainability and the Global Sustainability Team to ensure alignment with offering and pricing strategy.
• Develop end-to-end sustainability strategies and programs to tackle major cocoa and chocolate sustainability issues.
• Collaborate with Solutions Design to develop customer programs based on complex briefs.
• Position BC as the leader in sustainability.
• Travel globally up to 30% of the time, including origin countries.
