Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global A2R Strategy Manager to lead end-to-end finance process transformation, automation, and data-enabled innovation across Account to Report. You will drive future-state solutions, governance, and benefits realization in a global setting.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, collaboration across technology and finance teams, and a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience.
• Experience delivering process transformation or cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through deployment, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, develop solution concepts, and translate insights into clear business and functional requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and form effective links across a global organization.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of targeted A2R processes, applying process excellence methods to simplify and standardize ways of working and strengthen controls.
• Analyze complex datasets in the context of A2R financial processes to identify root causes, quantify business impact, and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable process, data, automation, and technology requirements.
• Partner with technology, data, architecture, and data science teams to evaluate solution options and deliver governed, fit-for-purpose capabilities.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve cycle times, and increase data quality across A2R activities.
• Manage cross-functional integration points and dependencies across A2R, SigniFi releases, and adjacent workstreams to support smooth deployment and business continuity.
• Establish governance and performance monitoring - including KPIs, controls, and issue triage - to sustain process adherence and ensure solutions meet policy, compliance, and audit expectations.
• Lead change management and enablement so stakeholders are prepared to implement future-state processes and adopt new capabilities.
• Provide cross-functional initiative leadership, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery against scope, timeline, and value outcomes.
