Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• >5 years in Supply Chain Planning or IBP
• Experience leading global process improvements
• Strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global Planning standards across regions.
• Lead planning transformation and technology initiatives.
• Maintain planning playbooks, process documentation and training materials.
• Build and lead communities of practice to share knowledge and drive adoption.
