Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of client-facing or professional services experience in a technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, SMTP, and MySQL in a networking context.
• Experience with Windows environments, AD, and Exchange.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams through crisis situations.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong time management and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide ongoing technical leadership to Proofpoint’s strategic customers with minimal direction.
• Manage and monitor support interactions, advocate for customers, escalate when needed.
• Direct crisis and incident response with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Meet with clients remotely and on-site to review status, issues, and releases.
• Deliver executive presentations outlining system performance, ROI, and forward actions.
• Develop deep understanding of the customer’s business and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Proofpoint’s integration within the customer environment.
• Plan and lead process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
