Job summary

UBS in Zürich, Switzerland, is seeking a strong analytical thinker to join the Global Banking's Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team. You will work on origination and execution of high-profile mandates within a deal team.

You'll build financial models, perform valuation analyses, and develop marketing materials while collaborating with stakeholders. The role requires 3-5 years in Investment Banking / M&A / Corporate Finance and fluency in English and German, with French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and presentation skills under tight timelines.
• Solid corporate finance knowledge including accounting and valuation techniques.
• Excellent academic track record and strong English and German communication; French a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking / M&A / Corporate Finance.

The team

You’ll be working in Zurich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business (part of the Investment Bank), within our Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team. We advise mid-sized corporations, entrepreneurs and private equity funds on their strategic development and financing activities, including M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions as well as leveraged buyouts.

Your Skills And Experience

• motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines
• strong financial analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality materials under tight timelines
