You will lead LBO underwriting, analyze SaaS unit-economics, and co-lead multi-disciplinary diligence with external advisers. Strong finance background and global tech focus are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in PE, growth equity, IB (TMT/Software) or top consulting/CDD.
• Advanced financial modeling with LBO & M&A experience.
• Deep understanding of recurring-revenue software economics.
• Fluency in English; German or French preferred for DACH focus.
