Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Ads Specialist for digital marketing initiatives in Barcelona. You will partner with new clients to shape their first online campaigns and act as a trusted PPC consultant to onboard them with effective strategies.

You’ll engage clients daily, identify objectives, and guide them toward sustained ad spend growth while collaborating with a vibrant onboarding team in a dynamic Barcelona setting.

Qualifications

• Degree holder: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• German pro: fluent in German with strong English skills.
• Advertising enthusiast with 6–12 months PPC experience; Google Ads knowledge is a plus.
• Sales-savvy with 6–12 months outbound B2B experience; strong pitching ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of new clients and help develop their first online campaigns.
• Act as PPC consultant to onboard clients and create effective campaigns.
• Understand client needs and guide them to success with targeted solutions.
• Focus on increasing ad spend, upselling, and campaign sustainability.
• Handle a high volume of client consultations via phone while meeting targets.
• Collaborate with onboarding team to celebrate wins and drive results.
