Cross Border Talents in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to onboard clients, launch PPC campaigns, and grow accounts in the German market. A relocation package and hybrid work setup are provided.

You will collaborate with a multinational team, manage client goals, and drive adoption while ensuring high-quality service. Fluent German and strong English, plus 2+ years in related roles, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) and strong English.
• BA/BS degree required; MA/MS preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools.
• Deep understanding of the German market, culture, GDPR, and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients to the Google Ads platform.
• Build strategic, high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Develop and maintain client relationships in the German market.
• Reduce churn and increase product adoption.
