Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager to drive Google Ads onboarding for the German market, with a relocation package to Barcelona. The role is hybrid and focuses on building high-performing campaigns and strong client relationships.

You will onboard clients, optimize PPC strategies, and guide their growth while navigating GDPR and local business practices. A BA/BS is preferred with 2+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• C2 German and strong English required.
• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc preferred) required.
• At least 2 years in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the German market, culture, GDPR, and business practices.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients to Google Ads platform.
• Build strategic Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Reduce churn and increase product adoption.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive growth.
• Provide consulting across the German market.
