FH Collective Academy is seeking an Onboarding Account Manager for the German market, with relocation to Barcelona. You will onboard and guide new clients launching high-performing PPC campaigns with Google Ads.

You'll build strong client relationships, minimize churn, and drive adoption of Google Ads using data-driven strategies. Fluency in German and English at C2 level, plus 2+ years in sales or marketing, are required.

Qualifikationen

• German and English at C2 level.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Strong client-facing, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of the German market and digital advertising ecosystem.

• Onboard and guide new clients, helping them launch PPC campaigns.
