FH Collective - Academy in Barcelona is seeking a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist to onboard new German-market advertisers, consult on PPC campaigns, and drive product adoption to maximize ad spend and ROI.

You will work with B2B clients, design high-performing Google Ads campaigns, and manage a high-volume portfolio using Salesforce/CRM tools in a hybrid Barcelona office environment.

Qualifikationen

Languages: German (C2) and fluent English (C1).
Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or digital marketing (PPC/Google Ads).
German Market Expertise: Strong grasp of German business etiquette, digital marketing ecosystems, and GDPR compliance.
Skills: AI tool integration for outreach, solid analytical acumen, complex ROI negotiation, and a BA/BS degree (Marketing/Comms preferred).
