Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager for the Google Ads platform with a relocation package to Barcelona. The role is hybrid in Barcelona, full-time, focusing on onboarding, campaign strategy, and client relationships for the German market.

You will onboard clients, optimize campaigns, manage CRM data, and look for upsell opportunities while delivering measurable outcomes and excellent service. Relocation support is included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
• German language proficiency at C2 level and strong English is required.
• Experience with CRM systems and modern marketing tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients to Google Ads and guide them through setup.
• Build and optimize PPC campaigns for the German market.
• Maintain strong client relationships and reduce churn.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve targets.
