Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager for the Google Ads platform in Barcelona. This role combines client onboarding, campaign strategy, and ongoing consulting across the German market.

You will build high-performing PPC campaigns, foster strong relationships, manage onboarding calls, and identify growth opportunities while benefiting from relocation support and a hybridwork model in a premium Barcelona office.

Qualifications

• C2 German and strong English proficiency.
• BA/BS degree; MA/MSc preferred.
• 2+ years in sales, marketing or account management.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the German market, GDPR, and business practices.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.

About the Role

As a German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will:

• Successfully onboard new clients to the Google Ads platform
• Build strategic, high-performing PPC campaigns
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Reduce churn and increase product adoption
• Identify upsell opportunities and help drive growth
• Provide consulting to companies across the German market and make real impact

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize strategic Google Ads campaigns
• Conduct outbound calls to guide new customers through onboarding
• Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions
• Drive budget growth and upselling
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a high volume of clients

Compensation Designed for Top Talent

Base Salary (Gross):

German Market Package:
Minimum: 24,310
Maximum: 30,000

Bonus Structure:

Minimum bonus up to: 3,500
Maximum bonus up to: 4,290
