SWISSto12 SA is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the HummingSat GEO satellite program. You will drive all program phases from initiation through delivery, coordinating with the customer and major suppliers to ensure contractual compliance and successful outcomes.

Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. You will work in a fast-growing, globally oriented team, with travel as needed and opportunities to shape a new class of telecom satellites.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Aerospace Engineering or Physics.
• 5+ years in GEO spacecraft programs or equivalent space programs.
• Ability to resolve complex technical problems and manage technical activities.
• Experience with customer, operator and supplier interfaces.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN/AS 9100 norms is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Acting as Program Manager for the delivery of HummingSat to a major GEO telecommunications operator.
• Leading all phases of the program - from initiation through delivery to the customer.
• Working in close cooperation with the customer to ensure contractual compliance.
• Acting as a customer point of contact for program activities, including feedback.
• Leading the strategic partners and major suppliers including reviews and deliverables.
• Maintain & tracking the program's requirements and the change order process.
• Apply state-of-the art PM and engineering processes throughout design, manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing.
• Perform risk and opportunity management and lead continual risk management.
• Be responsible for program documentation and commissioning processes.
• Travel as needed.
• Occasionally, participate in overall tasks for a dynamic fast-growing company.
