SWISSto12 is seeking an HR Business Partner for the HummingSat program to partner with engineering leaders and managers. You will drive performance management, development initiatives and organizational growth across sites, shaping scalable people processes.

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in an HRBP or similar role.
• Experience partnering with managers on a broad range of HR topics.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Experience supporting performance management and employee development processes.
• Experience developing and/or delivering manager development programs, leadership workshops or management training initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Heads of Function, managers and employees.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, development and organizational changes.
• Support workforce planning, hiring activities, retention and team growth.
• Guide people leaders through employee relations, performance and development discussions.
• Help leaders navigate organizational change and team effectiveness challenges.
• Develop a strong understanding of the organization, its priorities and future capability needs.
• Strengthen management practices and support newly appointed leaders.
• Build skills in feedback, performance management, career conversations and team leadership.
• Design and rollout company-wide leadership development initiatives.
• Deliver workshops and development sessions company-wide.
• Identify workforce risks and retention concerns and propose mitigations.
