Job summary

Michael Page International is seeking an experienced funds operations professional based in Geneva to support day-to-day administration of Cayman-based hedge funds. You will collaborate with external service providers, review NAVs, and ensure timely reporting and investor servicing.

The role offers exposure to fund launches, onboarding, and ongoing operational improvements in a fast-paced environment. Strong English skills and parity with Cayman fund structures are desirable.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, middle office, or a similar role within asset management.
• Knowledge of Cayman fund structures and hedge fund operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with NAV calculations, subscriptions/redemptions, transfers, and investor servicing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of investment funds, primarily hedge funds.
• Liaise with external administrators, custodians, auditors, legal advisors, and other service providers.
• Review and monitor NAV calculations prepared by third-party administrators.
• Coordinate subscription, redemption, and transfer processes.
• Manage investor documentation, subscription agreements, and onboarding requirements.
• Assist with fund launches and the setup of new fund structures.
• Monitor fund cash movements and operational workflows.
• Ensure timely completion of reporting, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and controls.
• Act as a key point of contact for fund-related operational matters within the Geneva office.
