The role focuses on drafting and reviewing fund documentation for UCITS, ETFs and other fund structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting project initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience within Asset Management, Investment Funds, UCITS, ETFs and/or AIFs.
• Strong knowledge of fund documentation and regulatory matters.
• Excellent drafting and document review skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and updating legal and regulatory documentation.
• Supporting legal and compliance matters relating to investment funds.
• Assisting with product-related projects and regulatory initiatives.
• Reviewing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency.
• Providing legal support to internal stakeholders across various business functions.
• Monitoring regulatory developments impacting investment funds.
• Participation in ongoing management and maintenance of fund documentation.
• Supporting senior team members on day-to-day legal and compliance matters.
