Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience in commodity trading finance or related control roles.
• Strong understanding of Grains & Oilseeds and agricultural markets.
• Knowledge of IFRS related to commodity trading.
• Experience with trading systems (e.g., SAP) and financial analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Geneva Grains & Oilseeds middle-office and financial controlling for 13 international desks.
• Prepare and report daily positions and P&L aligned with trading desks; monthly P&L up to Gross Margin and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide backup reporting for additional desks and ensure timely revenue, cost, accrual, and provision recognition.
• Analyze KPIs and trading results to identify risks and opportunities and present insights to senior management.
• Coordinate IFRS and economic P&L explanations and act as liaison between commercial teams and accounting.
• Support internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement in processes and controls.
