You will oversee complex Trade Finance transactions, serving as the control layer between commercial teams, banking partners, and execution to ensure appropriate structuring, documentation, risk assessment, and policy compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in Trade Finance within bank or international trade environment.
• Experience in Commodity Trade Finance.
• Deep knowledge of Letters of Credit, Stand-by LC and guarantees.
• Familiarity with ICC rules: UCP 600, ISBP, ISP98, URC 522, Incoterms.
• Experience reviewing complex banking and Trade Finance documentation.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Reviewing, structuring, and validating Structured Letters of Credit and Trade Finance documentation.
• Providing expert advice on transaction structures and risk mitigation.
• Assessing and approving complex and non-standard transactions, including multi-bank and cross-border financing.
• Acting as a key control layer between commercial structuring and operational execution.
• Collaborating with banks, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
