COFCO International seeks an experienced G&O Controller for the Geneva headquarters, overseeing the Grains & Oilseeds desks from middle-office and financial controlling. The role partners with commercial, operations, and risk teams in a fast-paced trading environment.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in commodity trading finance, strong IFRS knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive improvements and high-trust teamwork across origin and destination locations.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years in commodity trading finance or related control roles.
• Strong Grains & Oilseeds experience and market knowledge.
• Deep understanding of physical trading, pricing, valuations, and P&L drivers.
• Proven ability to challenge results and communicate findings.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• IFRS knowledge applicable to commodity trading.

Aufgaben

• Lead Geneva G&O middle-office and financial controlling for 13 international desks.
• Prepare daily positions and P&L aligned with trading desks.
• Produce monthly P&L up to Gross Margin and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis, reports, and KPIs to senior management.
• Support risk management and ensure IFRS alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and controls.
