Job summary

Michael Page is looking for a senior legal contracts professional to join an international organisation in Geneva. You will contribute to the review, development and management of contractual arrangements while supporting internal teams with legal matters.

This role provides exposure to a broad range of commercial agreements in a multicultural environment, with fluency in English as a prerequisite and French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in legal contracting or contract management.
• Experience supporting contract development in an international environment.
• Fluent English is essential; French would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and finalisation of contracts across the organisation.
• Review and quality-check contracts generated by operational programmes and teams.
• Work directly with project teams and external partners to support discussions and facilitate agreements.
• Contribute to the management of contractual risk and assist in resolving complex contractual and legal issues arising during the contracting process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve and streamline contract management processes and ensure high-quality contractual documentation.
• Support the delivery of contracts within short turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
