The role combines science, clinical research and medical strategy, partnering with external experts and internal teams to generate actionable insights and guide evidence-generation activities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Medicine, with clinical and scientific expertise.
• Experience communicating clinical data to diverse audiences.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research or related field.
• Familiarity with therapeutic-area science and patient journey.
• Ability to engage credible external stakeholders such as KOLs.
• Understanding of clinical research and evidence generation.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Market Access.
• Strong scientific credibility and ability to translate complex data.
• Strategic thinking linking science to medical strategy and patient needs.
• External stakeholder engagement with non-promotional scientific relationships.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• Address medical inquiries with high quality and develop standard responses.
• Provide input into design and execution of clinical trials and research activities.
• Support Non-Interventional Studies and Investigator-Initiated Trials to generate local evidence.
• Contribute to development and execution of therapeutic-area medical strategy.
• Coordinate medical review of materials and ensure local adaptation and approvals.
• Translate scientific developments into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and other functions.
• Support scientific and educational initiatives, including advisory boards and congress activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks with appropriate internal controls.
• Ensure Ethics & Compliance across activities and reporting timelines.
