UBP - Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva is seeking a dedicated fund operations specialist to ensure accurate and timely booking of transactions across mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds. You will follow up trades, resolve breaks, and support reconciliation processes in a high-volume environment.

The role requires fluent English and French, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in fund operations or financial services is a plus.
• Swiss residence is an asset.

Mission

Ensure the accurate and timely booking of fund transactions across Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity Funds. Follow up on ongoing trades, resolve operational issues, and investigate and resolve breaks identified through daily cash and stock reconciliation reports.

Main responsibilities

• Book fund operations, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switch orders, across Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity Funds.
• Monitor and follow up on pending trades with custodians and fund administrators, particularly for alternative funds, and ensure that transactions are booked within the required deadlines.
• Perform daily cash and stock reconciliations based on reconciliation reports, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding breaks.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure proper documentation, and elevate operational issues in a timely manner.

Education And Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, VBA a plus).
• Familiarity with fund lifecycle workflows is an asset.
