Job summary

Gordian Analytics, a Swiss company building AI agents for supply chain operations, is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our remote team. If you're passionate about software development, eager to grow fast, and excited to work on real-world AI projects, we want to hear from you.

You’ll work on AI-powered tools, collaborate with founders and senior engineers, and take ownership of features from idea to production.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-stack web development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Node.js or Python).
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React or Vue).

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features for AI-powered tools and applications.
• Work closely with our founder and senior engineers on fast-moving projects.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features for AI-powered tools and applications;

• Learn, adapt, and grow in a high-impact startup environment

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in full-stack web development;
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, etc.);
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.);
• Interest in AI and willingness to learn AI-related development patterns;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Would Be Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP);
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows or APIs;
• Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD
