Zusammenfassung

The SWATCH Group is seeking an experienced IC Front-End Quality Manufacturing Manager to ensure best-in-class manufacturing quality in an EM wafer FAB. Reporting into the VP IC Operations, this role drives overall manufacturing quality performance and compliance with automotive and customers’ requirements across the IC Front-End.

Key responsibilities include deploying quality policy, owning the PCRB process, leading audits and MRB, and driving CIP with area/process owners to secure supply chain

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IC front-end manufacturing quality systems.
• Proven ability to drive process change and CIP.
• Leadership of quality audits and non-conformances.

Aufgaben

• General quality drive: deploys quality policy inside IC FE organization and aligns with Quality department.
• Process Change Management: owns PCRB process in EM IC FE and ensures change management adherence.
• Process control: deploys MSA, SPC, MES rules to reduce scraps and NC events.
• Non-conformances management: chairs MRB and ensures timely risk assessment and containment actions.
• Scraps: analyzes scraps and drives root-cause elimination and CIP.
• Audits: leads manufacturing audits and tracks resolution status.
• Customers complaints: resolves claims and drives CIP with customers.
