• Lead all quality activities from prototyping to product release.
• Perform risk assessments and coordinate preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with REACH/ROHS/CPSC and marking requirements.
• Manage homologations releases for new launches.
• Provide technical support to partners on projects.
• Create Quality Reporting Tool and KPI follow-up.
• Audit suppliers and close out corrective actions.
• Validate initial samples and drive process improvements.
