Zusammenfassung

IC Resources' Swiss-based client is seeking an experienced Quality Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing quality across wafer fabrication, drive compliance, and foster continuous improvement across operations in Switzerland.

Reporting to the VP IC Operations, you will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, automotive and customer requirements, pursue zero defects, and protect the supply chain through robust quality tools, audits, and problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in Quality Management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Automotive Core Tools.
• Understanding of IC manufacturing processes, quality tools, process development, failure analysis, and audits.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean experience.
• Proven leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead manufacturing quality across IC Front-End, driving quality culture, compliance, and zero-defect initiatives.
• Own Process Change Management (PCRB), assessing risks and ensuring changes do not negatively impact yield, scrap, non-conformances, or customers
• Lead non-conformance and MRB management, ensuring timely risk assessment, containment, disposition, and root-cause elimination
• Lead manufacturing audits, corrective actions, and improvement plans
• Manage customer complaints, ensuring effective containment, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and prevention of recurrence
• Lead cross-functional teams and task forces to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing performance
