Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of proven experience in supplier quality management, preferably in a production environment.
• Sound knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, both front-end and back-end.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Establish a quality scorecard and a regular assessment process for suppliers.
• Organize and perform on-site release audits according to VDA 6.3 / IATF 16949.

Kenntnisse

Supplier quality management

Auditing according to ISO, IATF, and VDA standards

Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes

English proficiency
