DCAF, Geneva headquarters, is seeking a Front Desk & Facilities Officer to manage front desk services, facilities support and admin tasks. The role reports to the Head of Facility and collaborates with the Senior Front Desk Officer.
Start date is as soon as possible; 40% workload (Thursdays and Fridays) in a permanent position. Ideal candidates hold secondary education with hospitality or facilities training, have strong English and French, and can obtain a Swiss work permit.

Reporting to the Head of Facility and working closely with the Senior Front Desk Officer, the Front Desk & Facilities Officer contributes to the smooth day-to-day functioning of DCAF’s Geneva headquarters. The position combines professional front desk services with facilities, hospitality and administrative support. It also provides flexible support to Facilities.
The post holder will help maintain a welcoming, well‑organised and secure working environment for staff, visitors and partners, while ensuring continuity of front desk services during the absence of the Senior Front Desk Officer.
Completed secondary education; a qualification in hospitality, facilities management, administration or a related field is an asset.
Demonstrated professional experience in reception, front‑desk services, hospitality, facilities or a similar role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and customer‑service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and professionally.
Full professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
A valid work permit for Switzerland (or Swiss/EU citizenship) at the time of application is a prerequisite.
